68Ge校正源的制备工艺

    Preparation Process of 68Ge Calibration Source

    • 摘要: 采用胶体法制备用于正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)衰减校正的68Ge校正源。将环氧树脂与放射性68Ge溶液均匀混合,蒸发掉其中的水分,然后装入、密封在不锈钢管内制备成68Ge校正源。对制备的68Ge校正源进行了质量检验,实验结果表明,68Ge校正源密封良好无泄露、表面无污染、活性区活度分布均匀性小于±5%,各项技术指标达到国外同类产品的水平。

       

      Abstract: 68Ge calibration source used for positron emission tomography (PET) attenuation correction was prepared by soluble gels method, mixed radioactive 68Ge solutions and the commercial epoxy, eliminating water by heating, then encapsulated and sealed in stainless steel tube. Quality examination of 68Ge calibration source was performed. The results show that the 68Ge calibration source is sealed well, the surface is pollution-free, and the active distribute of the 68Ge calibration source is evenly with an activity uniformity not more than ±5%. The various technical indexes of the source have achieved the level of similar products abroad.
