Abstract:
In the paper the adsorption behavior of cesium was studied. The effect of adsorption equilibrium time, the temperature on the adsorption behavior of cesium and the effect of nitric acid concentration on the elution behavior of cesium were examined in static experiment. The adsorption behavior and the elution behavior of cesium were also investigated in dynamic experiment. Furthermore, the adsorption behavior and the elution behavior of cesium from high level liquid waste were also studied. Results show that the adsorption equilibrium time is about 30 min. The adsorption distribution coefficient decreases along with increasing the acid concentration and the temperature. In the dynamic tests with the mixed fission product elements solution,
