几种去污工艺对压水堆一回路模拟氧化物的溶解及腐蚀研究

    Dissolution and Corrosion of PWR Primary Loop Simulative Oxide  in Different Decontamination Processes

    • 摘要: 为了获得较高的去污系数以及对被去污件较低的腐蚀程度,需要选择相对适宜的去污工艺。本研究工作选取不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti和Inconel 690合金,通过高压釜制备模拟氧化物试片,采用不同去污工艺,进行试片表面模拟氧化物的溶解及腐蚀试验。结果表明:酸性高锰酸钾溶液对于压水堆模拟氧化物的预氧化处理效果好于碱性高锰酸钾溶液;两种模拟氧化物试片经过四种不同去污工艺处理后,通过对去污后试片的宏观及微观观察,几种去污工艺均未对试片结构造成破坏;NP-CITROX是一种比较理想的去污工艺。

       

      Abstract: To obtain a higher decontamination factor and the low corrosion, it is necessary to select the appropriate decontamination process. The material used in this study was stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and alloy Inconel 690, which were prepared as simulative oxide test pieces for oxide dissolution and corrosion tests. The results show that the effect of pre-oxidation treatment in acidic potassium permanganate solution is better than that in alkaline potassium permanganate solution. Through macroscopic and microscopic observation, four different decontamination processes did not result in severe corrosion and matrix damage on 1Cr18Ni9Ti and Inconel 690; NP-CITROX decontamination process is better than other processes.
