ICP-AES中多重谱线拟合(MSF)扣除光谱干扰法在Th、U测定中的应用

    • 摘要: 多元光谱拟合(MSF)校正法是一种新的校正多种基体干扰的方法。本工作采用 MSF法,有效地校正了大量U基体对微量Th的干扰及大量Th基体对微量U的光谱干扰。对ρ(U)/ρ(Th) =200∶0.1~200∶1.0和ρ(Th)/ρ(U)=200∶0.1~200∶1.0的模拟样品进行测定,在Th波长401.913 nm下,200 mg/L U中0.1~1.0mg/L Th测定的测量误差为0.33%~4.13%,在U波长409.014 nm下,200 mg/L Th中0.1~1.0 mg/L U测定的测量误差为4%~10%,得到较为满意的测定结果。

       

      Abstract: This paper is mainly focused on the determination of trace element Th in U-base and trace element U in Th-base by ICP-AES. The interference elimination study was carried out by the method of MSF technology. At ratios of ρ(U)/ρ(Th) and ρ(Th)/ρ(U) is in the range of 200∶0.1 to 200∶1.0, the relative deviations are 0.33%-4.13%, 4%-10% at 401.913 nm of Th and 409.014 nm of U, respectively. It was concluded that this method is simple and reliable.
