Abstract:
The adsorption behavior of
239Pu in different ionic environment onto Gaomiaozi bentonites was studied by the static adsorption method. The results show that the sorption distribution coefficient
Kd values of
239Pu onto bentonites decrease with the concentrations of CO
2-3, HCO
-3, Mg
2+, Ca
2+ and Fe
3+ increasing, and the
Kd values increase first and then decrease with the concentration of SO
2-4 increasing. The concentrations of CO
2-3 and Fe
3+ have great effect on the adsorption of
239Pu onto bentonites.
