IBIL在氚增殖材料研究中的应用

    Application of IBIL in Tritium Breeding Materials Research

    • 摘要: 在氚增殖材料辐照效应的研究中,离子激发发光(ion beam induced luminescence,IBIL)是一种高效实用的实时分析技术。本文介绍了国外MeV离子束对多种氚增殖材料的IBIL研究。研究表征了样品中的辐照缺陷特征及其演变情况,对辐照缺陷的产生机制进行了讨论,并提出辐照过程中的相关动力学模型。最后,介绍了北京师范大学串列加速器上IBIL装置应用现状,并对IBIL应用在氚增殖材料研究中的前景进行了讨论。

       

      Abstract: Ion beam induced luminescence (IBIL) is an efficient and practical real-time analysis technology in the radiation effect research of tritium breeding materials. The IBIL research work in the irradiation effect of tritium breeding materials using MeV ion beam was reviewed in this paper. The characteristics and evolutions of irradiation defects under different experimental conditions were reported mainly. Based on the analysis of IBIL, the generation mechanisms of irradiation defects were discussed and the kinetic model in the process of irradiation was also presented. Finally, the IBIL set-up at the tandem accelerator of Beijing Normal University was presented and some prospects in tritium breeding materials research using IBIL were suggested.
