CdSe/ZnS量子点荧光探针检测模拟高放废液中的Pd2+

    CdSe/ZnS Quantum Dots as Fluorescence Probe for Determination of Pd2+ in Simulated High-Level Liquid Waste

    • 摘要: 以表面基团为羧基的CdSe/ZnS量子点为荧光探针,建立了一种模拟高放废液中Pd2+的分析方法。在优化条件下,Pd2+能使CdSe/ZnS量子点荧光淬灭,据此建立量子点荧光强度和Pd2+浓度之间的定量关系。实验表明,当Pd2+的质量浓度为0.04~0.96 mg/L时,工作曲线线性良好。检测了模拟高放废液中Pd2+的浓度,相对误差为8%,相对标准偏差为4%(n=6),回收率为97.8%~109.1%。该方法灵敏度高、选择性好、分析速率快、价格低。

       

      Abstract: A method for determination of Pd2+ in simulated high-level liquid waste was studied by using CdSe/ZnS quantum dots capped with carboxyl as fluorescence probe. Under optimum conditions, the presence of Pd2+ results in fluorescent quench of CdSe/ZnS quantum dots. So the quantitative relation between fluorescence of quantum dots and concentration of Pd2+ can be built. The results show that a good linear relationship exists in the concentration range from 0.04-0.96 mg/L. The proposed method is used to determine the concentration of Pd2+ in simulated high-level liquid waste, with the relative bias of better than 8%, and the relative standard deviation(sr) better than 4%(n=6). The recovery ranges from 97.8%-109.1%. The developed method is highly sensitive, well selective, rapid and economical.
