普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆固定放射性固体废物的配方

    Ordinary Portland Cement Mortar Formula of Fixing Radioactive Solid Waste

    • 摘要: 研究了中、低放固体废物超级压缩饼在2 m3废物包装箱内的水泥砂浆固定配方。目前82.5#高强硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆固定配方已经实现工业应用,由于82.5#高强硫铝酸盐水泥存在价格高、生产厂家少、早强且集中释热等不足,本研究将胶结原料由82.5#高强硫铝酸盐水泥替换为42.5#普通硅酸盐水泥。通过实验验证水灰比、灰砂比、砂子级配、添加剂加入量等参数对水泥固定体的流动度、抗压强度(28 d)、抗Cl-渗透性(28 d)的影响规律,结果表明:在合理配方区间的水泥固定体样品流动度为310~335 mm,抗压强度(28 d)为82.1~86.0 MPa,抗Cl-渗透性(28 d)为756~1 192 C,均满足水泥固定体核行业标准(EJ1186-2005)中对固定体性能的要求。

       

      Abstract: The cement mortar fixed formula of super compressed pieces of medium and low level radioactive solid waste in 2 m3 waste packaging box was studied. At present, the fixed formula of 82.5# high-strength sulfoaluminate cement mortar has been applied in industry. Due to the shortcomings of 82.5# high-strength sulfoaluminate cement, such as high price, few manufacturers, early strength and concentrated heat release, the cementation raw material was replaced by 82.5# high-strength sulfoaluminate cement with 42.5# ordinary portland cement. The influence of a series of parameters such as water-cement ratio, ash-sand ratio, sand gradation and additive amount on the fluidity, compressive strength(28 d) and chloride penetration resistance(28 d) of the cement fixator was verified through experiments. The results show that the fluidity of the cement fixator samples in a reasonable formulation range is 310-335 mm. The compressive strength(28 d) is 82.1-86.0 MPa, and the chloride penetration resistance(28 d) is 756-1 192 C, both of which meet the requirements of the nuclear industry standard(EJ1186-2005).
