以α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体为靶点的阿尔兹海默症显像剂研究进展

    Radiotracers Targeting α7 Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors in Alzheimer’s Disease

    • 摘要: 阿尔兹海默症与心脏病、癌症、脑血管疾病并称为导致老年人死亡的四大杀手,严重影响人们的健康生活及社会的正常发展。脑内α7 烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体密度的改变是造成阿尔兹海默症的主要原因之一,研制出以α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱(α7 nAChR)为靶点的高亲和力、高特异性及选择性的放射性显像剂对阿尔兹海默症的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了阿尔兹海默症发病机理及相关药物研究进展,并介绍了以α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱为靶点的放射性药物。

       

      Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease, cancer and cerebrovascular disease are known as the four leading killers of the elderly, seriously affect people’s health and become a heavy burden for the family and society. The change of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor(α7 nAChR) density in brain is one of the main causes of Alzheimer’s disease. It is of great significance to develop a high affinity, specific and selective α7 nAChR radiotracer for the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. In this paper we summarized the main causes of Alzheimer’s disease and the development of therapeutic drugs. We also give a brief introduction of several radiotracers targeting α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors.
