混合澄清槽萃取过程的瞬态行为及瞬态数学模型

    Transient Behavior and Mathematical Model of Solvent Extraction Process in Mixer-Settler

    • 摘要: 混合澄清槽是核工业普遍采用的级式萃取设备。开展了混合澄清槽从启动到萃取稳态的瞬态萃取行为台架试验,建立了混合澄清槽萃取过程的瞬态→稳态数学模型,提出模型数学算法,使用台架试验数据对模型和算法进行了验证,试验结果与计算结果符合良好,证明了建立的数学模型的可靠性。最终使用计算机程序对影响30%TBP/正十二烷萃取体系萃取平衡的影响因素开展了计算分析,发现酸度是主要影响因素。

       

      Abstract: The mixer-settler is a stage-wise extraction equipment widely used in nuclear industry. Experiment was performed in bench scale to study the transient behavior of solvent extraction process in mixer-settler from start to extraction steady-state. A mathematics arithmetic was built on the basis of actual run of mixer-settler, proposed transient→steady model, and a program was developed. Generally, all the concentration profiles obtained from program are consistent with the experimental values, which demonstrates the reality of the model and algorithm. The factors affecting extraction equilibrium in 30%TBP/dodecane extraction system were analyzed using the program. And it is found that the concentration of nitric acid is the main factor.
