铁磷摩尔比对含锆铁磷酸盐玻璃陶瓷结构和化学稳定性的影响

    Influence of Fe/P Mole Ratio on Structure and Chemical Durability of Iron-Phosphate Glass-Ceramics With ZrO2

    • 摘要: 以P2O5-Fe2O3-Al2O3-Na2O四元玻璃作为基础,掺入x=6%(摩尔分数)的ZrO2,改变基质玻璃的Fe/P摩尔比(r(Fe/P)),采用熔淬法制备一系列玻璃陶瓷样品,研究含ZrO2的玻璃陶瓷结构和化学稳定性随Fe/P摩尔比的变化。X射线衍射用于物相分析,拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱和穆斯堡尔谱用于结构分析。Fe/P摩尔比小于0.18时,样品中Fe3+的相对含量(n(Fe3+)/(n(Fe2+)+n(Fe3+))摩尔比)随着r(Fe/P)增加而增多;r(Fe/P)介于0.18~0.32时,n(Fe3+)/(n(Fe2+)+n(Fe3+))在60%左右波动。r(Fe/P)介于0.2~0.3时,样品的化学稳定性最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the changes of the structure and chemical durability with Fe/P mole ratio(r(Fe/P)), a series of P2O5-Fe2O3-Al2O3-Na2O-ZrO2 glass-ceramic samples with different Fe/P mole ratios were prepared by the melting-quenching method. X-ray diffraction was used for phase analysis, and Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and M-ssbauer spectroscopy were used for structural analysis. n(Fe3+)/(n(Fe2+)+n(Fe3+)) mole ratios increase with the increase of Fe/P mole ratio when the Fe/P mole ratio is less than 0.18. When the Fe/P mole ratio is between 0.18 and 0.32, n(Fe3+)/(n(Fe2+)+n(Fe3+)) fluctuates around 60%. The samples with Fe/P mole ratio between 0.2 and 0.3 have the best chemical durability and relatively low crystal fraction.
