Abstract: With the research and development of the PET techniques, the PET radiopharmaceuticals in oncology has played more and more important role in the tumor science study and clinical application. In this paper, the development of the tumor positron radiopharmaceuticals, including the tumor metabolic imaging, tumor cell apoptotic imaging, antisense imaging, receptor imaging and monitoring of gene expression is described.
