一种高灵敏度的醋酸纤维素固体径迹探测器

摘要: 为了寻找具有高灵敏度的记录轻粒子的固体径迹探测器材料,对几种国产醋酸纤维素膜进行了筛选,发现其中上海感光胶片厂生产的电影胶片片基灵敏度最高,进一步研究了蚀刻条件对记录。粒子相对灵敏度的影响,确定了最佳蚀刻条件。在此条件下,这种探测器记录α粒子的灵敏度高于8.78兆电子伏,超过现有的醋酸纤维素固体径迹探测器记录α粒子的灵敏度,与最灵敏的硝酸纤维素固体径迹探测器记录α粒子的灵敏度相近。Abstract: In order to find some solid state track detector materials with high sensitivity" for registration of light particles, we sifted a few kinds of cellulose acetate films made in China and found that the film base made by the Shanghai Film Works-among these films has the highest sensitivity. Furthermore, the effect of etching conditions on the relative sensitivity for a-particles was investigated in some detail, and an optimum etching condition was found. Under this condition, the sensitivity of the detector film to α-particle registration was determined to be above 8.78 MeV, exceeding the sensitivity of the previous cellulose acetate solid state track detectors and approching the sensitivity of the most sensitive cellulose nitrate solid state track detector available to date.
