同位素稀释-多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱测量裂变产物148Nd

    Measurement of the Fission Product 148Nd  in the Irradiated Nuclear Fuel by ID-MC-ICPMS

    • 摘要: 采用多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICPMS), 用同位素稀释法测量了反应堆辐照后核燃料中的裂变产物148Nd。通过2个标准物质对仪器的稳定性进行检验,得到仪器的2个校正系数K值相差十万分之一。以高纯天然钕为基准稀释剂,用同位素稀释质谱标定浓缩144Nd试剂的质量分数,然后以它作为稀释剂,测量裂变产物148Nd的同位素丰度和质量分数。结果表明,148Nd丰度为0.088 7±0.001 2,148Nd质量分数为(4.65±004) ng/g。

       

      Abstract: The isotopic abundance and mass fraction of the fission product 148Nd in the irradiated nuclear fuel were measured with ID-MC-ICPMS. The stability of mass spectrometry instrument was tested using two kinds of standard materials and the difference of two correction factors was less than 0.001%. The mass fraction of enriched isotope 144Nd was determined by using the high pure natural neodymium as the spike. Then the mass fraction of 148Nd in the irradiated nuclear fuel was determined by the certified enriched 144Nd as the spike. The isotopic abundance and mass fraction of 148Nd in the fission products is 0.088 7±0.001 2 and (4.65±004) ng/g respectively.
