摘要: <正> 在前人的工作中曾提出交替使用DTPA和NTA的阳离子交换法纯化Pm、Am和Cm的流程,并指出NTA具有优良的动力学特性。根据文献报道,我们预料在NTA排代剂中加入NH_4NO_3,谱带移动速度将会有很大提高。至于NH_4NO_3的加入和排代剂线性流速对理论塔板高度(HETP)的影响未见详细报道。对于稳定区段的界面研究,目前正广泛采用平衡理论塔板高度(h)和速率理论塔板高度(H)来分析界面状态,我们以钇、钐、钕作为分离对象,氢和锌分别作阻滞离子,改变排代离子浓度和排代剂线性流速,通过上述两种理Abstract: The boundary of steady-state zones was investigated from the point of view of t he-equilibrium theory and the rate theory when the rare earths were separated with NTA, by means of high pressure ion-exchange chromatography. It has been ascertained that the mass-transfer process is mainly controlled by film diffusion, and longitudinal diffusion may actually be neglected under the condition of high flow rate and HETP is not affected by retaining ion or concentration of displacing ion.The experimental results show that when the flow rate of displacer increases from 2.5 cm/min to 25 cm/min, the plot of HETP with respect to flow rate is linear, the slope and intercept of the straight line are related to the properties of the ion to be separated and HETP will only increase twice when the linear flow rate is increased one order of magnitude. These results show that NTA is excellent in kinetic properties.
