锝化学研究 Ⅹ.~(99)T~(cm)标记的N_2S_2类脑显像剂构效关系的研究

    • 摘要: 采用多元回归分析方法,对99Tcm标记的两类N2S2类脑显像剂配体结构与脑吸收活性关系进行回归分析研究,得到了较为理想的QSAR方程,并且找到了该类脑显像剂影响脑吸收的结构主导因素,提出用脑吸收标度作为度量该类脑显像剂脑吸收值的尺度。
