乙异羟肟酸在TRPO简化流程中的应用

摘要: 研究了乙异羟肟酸(AHA)在TRPO简化流程反萃段的应用。研究结果表明,用0.5mol/LAHA水溶液可从30%TRPO/煤油中反萃负载的Am(Ⅲ),Eu(Ⅲ)和Pu(Ⅳ),但U(Ⅵ)不能反萃下来,藉此可以实现U与Am,Pu的分离,但所需的反萃级数较多。另外,由于负载的铁不能完全反萃,会给后续的碳酸铵反萃U(Ⅵ)带来麻烦。因此要将乙异羟肟酸用于TRPO简化流程,还必须解决铁的反萃。Abstract: The simplification of the stripping steps of TRPO process by using acetohydroximic acid is studied. Am(Ⅲ), RE(Ⅲ) and Pu(Ⅳ) loaded on 30% TRPO/kerosene can be stripped by 0.5 mol/L acetohydroximic acid, while U(Ⅵ) can not be stripped, thus U can be separated from Am and Pu. However, it is difficult to strip Fe(Ⅲ) from the loaded extractant, this will cause trouble to the U stripping with 50 g/L ammonium carbonate or sodium carbonate. Therefore, to use acetohydroximic acid in simplification of TRPO process, the problem of stripping of Fe must be solved.
