Abstract:
The labelling of McAb with 111In through DTPA bicyclic anhydride has been systematically studied. The 111In-labelled McAb with high specific radioactivity, up to 1.11GBq/mg, without loss of immunoreactivity can be obtained by using ultrapure 111In. The biodistribution and imaging of 111In-labelled anti-CEA McAb C14-C50, anti-colon cancer McAb 2C10 and non-specific mouse IgG in nude mice bearing human colon tumors are investigated respectively. Clear tumor localizations are observed on mice injected with 111In-labelled McAbs, whereas no tumor localization appears in contrast of the tumor-bearing-mice injected with non-specific IgG.
