摘要: <正> 一、引言 自由脂肪酸做为心肌组织的重要能源可以被心肌从血液中有效的摄取。1964年Evans等首次提出并用实验证实了可以用~(131)I标记的长链脂肪酸做为心肌显影剂。此后,西德Stocklin和美国Poe等进行了大量系统的研究。近年来,用~(11)C、~(18)F、~(75)Br、~(34m)Cl、~(123)I以及~(123m)Te等核素标记的长链脂肪酸相继制得,并研究了它们的生理行为。研究结果Abstract: A new rapid labelling method is reported for the preparation of ω-radiohalogenated fatty acids in a medium of crown ether. A homogeneous mixture of ω-Br-stearic acid and 18-crown-6 is placed in an open glass tube containing dry Na82Br orNa125I without addition of carrier. The isotopic and non-isotopic exchange reaction are carried out at 80℃. Using this method we have prepared ω-125I-stearic acid and ω-82Br-stearic acid. The radiochemical yields are about 88% after 20 minutes, which shows that this method is more rapid and efficient than other methods. Kinetics of these reactions are also studied.
