离子交换排代法测定同位素富集系数

    DETERMINATION OF ISOTOPE ENRICHMENT FACTOR BY DISPLACEMENT ION EXCHANGE CHROMATOGRAPHY

    • 摘要: 本文根据逆流萃取模型推导出用排代法测定富集系放的计算式。并以锂同位素为对象,用对照实验证明排代法是测定同位素富集系数的一种方法。在国产高交联度树脂上研究了温度和排代剂浓度对富集系数的影响。实验表明:富集系数随温度升高和排代剂浓度增加而降低。求得高交联度树脂-醋酸锂体系的同位素交换热为-5.03卡/摩。

       

      Abstract: An expression is derived for calculating isotope enrichment factor e by displacement chromatography on ion exchanger based on the countercurrent extraction model. The comparation of experimental results with lithium isotopes shows that displacement chromatography could be used successfully for determining the enrichment factor. With highly crosslinking resin, it is shown that ε will decrease with the increase of temperature or the concentration of eluent. The heat of isotope exchange calculated for the highly crosslinking resin-lithium acetate system is-5.03 cal/mole.
