硫酸铜在邻碘马尿酸标记过程中的催化效应

    THE CATALYTIC EFFECT OF COPPER SULFATE IN LABELLING PROCESSES OF O-IODOHIPPURIC ACID

    • 摘要: 本文着重研究了硫酸铜对邻碘马尿酸标记的催化作用。结果表明,硫酸铜对邻碘马尿酸的标记反应具有显著的催化效果,少量的硫酸铜不但可以降低邻碘马尿酸标记反应的温度(115℃),使邻碘马尿酸标记快速(10min)、高产额(标记率为99%),而且还可以控制邻碘苯甲酸的生成和标记(标记率<1%)。此外还研究了反应温度和反应时间对邻碘马尿酸(或邻碘苯甲酸)标记率的影响,以及邻碘马尿酸(或邻碘苯甲酸)与放射性碘离子同位素交换反应的动力学规律。并初步讨论了硫酸铜在邻碘马尿酸标记过程中的催化机构。

       

      Abstract: The kinetics of isotopic exchange reaction in o-iodohippuric acid (or o-iodobenzoic acid) and the effects of copper sulfate, reaction temperature and reaction time for the labeling efficiency of o-iodohippuric acid (or c-iodobenzoic) are studied. The results show that copper sulfate has an important catalytic effect on the labeling of o-iodohippuric acid. It not only lowers the temperature of labeling o-iodohippuric acid, speeds up the reaction and gives high yield, but also can control the formation and labeling of o-iodobenzoic acid. The reaction mechanism of the catalytic effect of copper sulfate is also discussed.
