TBP萃取U(NO_3)_4和HNO_3的平衡研究Ⅱ.铀(Ⅳ)在有机相中的临界浓度

    STUDY ON EXTRACTION EQUILIBRIUM OF U(NO_3) _4 AND HNO _3 WITH TBP Ⅱ CRITICAL CONCENTRATION OF URANIUM(Ⅳ) IN ORGANIC PHASE

    • 摘要: 测定了用30% TBP-煤油萃取铀(Ⅳ)时有机相中的临界浓度c(U(Ⅳ))m ax。研究结果表明:温度升高,c(U(Ⅳ))max线性增加;硝酸浓度增加,c(U(Ⅳ))max逐渐下降,当c(HNO3)= 4~5 m ol/L时,c(U(Ⅳ))m ax降到最小,然后再随硝酸浓度增加而缓慢上升;同时还测定了U(Ⅳ)在30% TBP-其它稀释剂中的c(U(Ⅳ))max,c(U(Ⅳ))m ax随直链饱和脂肪烃的碳原子数的增加而迅速下降;给出了与U(Ⅳ)和HNO3 浓度有关的浓度临界曲线,当硝酸起始浓度为3.0 m ol/L、U(Ⅳ)起始临界浓度为0.158 m ol/L时,不形成第三相,大于此浓度,就会生成第三相。求得了两相体系中U(Ⅳ)和硝酸的分配比D(U(Ⅳ))和D(H+ ),并讨论了影响D(U(Ⅳ))的一些因素。

       

      Abstract: The critical concentration of uranium(Ⅳ), c (U(Ⅳ)) max , in pregnant organic phase is determined for the extraction of U(Ⅳ) by 30%TBP kerosene from U(Ⅳ) HNO 3 solution, c (U(Ⅳ)) max decreases gradually with increase of concentration of HNO 3 and reaches a minimum value at 4.0~5.0 mol/L HNO 3,then increases gradually. c (U(Ⅳ)) max increases proportionally with the temperature. c (U(Ⅳ)) max in 30%TBP diluent is determined too, c (U(Ⅳ)) max decreases with increase of carbon numbers of linear chain saturated hydrocarbon.The curve of critical concentration of U(Ⅳ) vs concentration of HNO 3 is obtained.If initial concentration of HNO 3 is 3.0 mol/L at of 20℃,critical initial concentration of U(Ⅳ) is 0.158 mol/L.However,when critical initial concentration of U(Ⅳ) is more than 0.158 mol/L in 3.0 mol/L nitric acid,the third phase will be formed for extraction of U(Ⅳ) with 30%TBP kerosene.Distribution ratio of uranium ( D (U(Ⅳ))) and nitric acid ( D (H +)) are determined,and effects of concentration of uranium(Ⅳ),nitric acid and different diluents on D (U(Ⅳ)) are discussed.
