~(99)Tc~m-NMIBI的电荷性质及其与~(99)Tc~m-MIBI的比较
THE CHARGE PROPERTY OF ~(99)Tc~mN-MIBI AND THE COMPARISON OF IT WITH ~(99)Tc~mN-MIBI

摘要: 采用区带电泳法和阳离子树脂交换法测定了新型潜在心肌灌注显像剂99TcmN MIBI的电荷性质 ,且在相同条件下测定了99Tcm MIBI的电荷性质 ,并将二者的电荷性质进行了比较。电泳实验结果表明 ,有 75 6 3% 99TcmN MIBI滞留于原点 ,而同样条件下有 96 72 % 99Tcm MIBI移向负极 ;在阳离子树脂交换实验中 ,99TcmN MIBI的lgD pH直线斜率x =0 0 4 ,而相应的99Tcm MIBI的直线斜率x =0 99。两种实验结果均表明 :99TcmN MIBI为中性配合物。Abstract: The charge property of a new potential myocardial perfusion imaging agent 99 Tc mN MIBI is confirmed by electrophoresis and cationic resin exchange experiments. At the same time,the charge property of 99 Tc mN MIBI is compared with that of 99 Tc m MIBI. The results of electrophoresis experiments indicate that the 99 Tc mN MIBI complex(about 75.63 %)does not migrate from the origin point at all conditions,while the 99 Tc m MIBI complex(about 96.72 %) migrates toward negative pole.In the cationic resin exchange experiments the linear slopes of lg D pH for 99 Tc mN MIBI and 99 Tc m MIBI are 0.04 and 0.99,respectively. The results obtained show that the 99 Tc mN MIBI complex is neutral,while the known 99 Tc m MIBI complex is charged with positive mono valence.
