~(67)Ga-EDTMP标记条件的研究及其在小鼠体内的生物分布
PREPARATION OF ~(67)Ga-EDTMP AND ITS BIODISTRIBUTION IN RATS

摘要: 用加速器生产的67Ga制备了67Ga EDTMP(乙二胺四甲撑膦酸 ) ,研究了配位体用量、反应时间、反应温度和 pH对标记率的影响 ,测定了标记物的体外稳定性及其在小鼠体内的生物分布。结果表明 ,标记率可达 97%以上 ;67Ga EDTMP有较高的骨吸收和T/NT值 ,并在 72h内保持很高的水平。Abstract: Dependence of the labeling yield of 67 Ga EDTMP on concentration of EDTMP, reaction time, reaction temperature and pH is studied.In the case of optimum conditions,the labeling yield is more than 97 %.The stability of 67 Ga EDTMP at pH≈6 is examined. The biodistribution of 67 Ga EDTMP in rats is measured. The results show high skeletal uptake and T/NT value in 72 h.
