牛奶样品中有机卤素的中子活化分析

摘要: 研制了牛奶样品中可提取卤化物 (ExtractableOrganicHalogen ,EOX)的中子活化分析方法 ,其检出限分别为 :Cl,5 5ng ;Br ,2 4ng ;I ,7ng。采用中子活化技术测定了我国不同地区牛奶中有机卤素的含量。结果表明 ,我国部分地区食品中的有机卤素污染问题不可忽视 ,南方地区牛奶中有机卤素的含量明显高于北方地区Abstract: The method of neutron activation analysis for determination of extractable organic halogen (EOX) in milk has been established. The detection limits are 55 ng, 24 ng and 7 ng for Cl, Br and I, respectively. The EOX concentrations in milk samples from various regions in China have been determined by the established neutron activation analysis. It is found that the contamination of organohalogen in milk can not be ignored and that the contamination in Southern China is higher than in Northern China.
