用于氢-水同位素交换的Pt-PTFE类憎水催化剂的研制
PREPARATION OF Pt-PTFE HYDROPHOBIC CATALYST FOR HYDROGEN-WATER ISOTOPE EXCHANGE

摘要: 研制了以铂为活性成分 ,聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)为憎水材料 ,活性炭、二氧化硅等作载体的憎水催化剂。在滴流床上 ,进行了氢 水气液逆流氢同位素交换反应 ,讨论了载体、铂含量及PTFE量对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明 ,以活性炭为载体 ,聚四氟乙烯与Pt C粉的质量比在 1~ 2时 ,Pt C PTFE催化剂的活性高 ;交换反应的总体积传质系数随反应温度和氢气流量的增加而增大Abstract: The hydrophobic catalyst used in the hydrogen water isotope exchange is prepared with Pt as the active metal, PTFE as the hydrophobic material, active carbon or silicon dioxide as the support. The isotope catalytic exchange reaction between hydrogen and water is carried out in the trickle bed and the effects of different carriers, mass fraction of Pt and PTFE on the catalytic activity are discussed. The experimental results show that the activity of Pt C PTFE hydrophobic catalyst with the ratio between PTFE and Pt C from 1 to 2 is higher than other kinds of catalysts and the overall volume transfer coefficient is increased with the increase of the hydrogen flow rate and reaction temperature.
