~(99)Tc~m-膦混配配合物的制备和生物分布

    PREPARATION AND BIODISTRIBUTION OF MIXED COMPLEXES OF ~(99)Tc~m -PHOSPHINE

    • 摘要: 合成了一个N3 S配体 (MVNM)和 4个膦配体 ,并以配体交换法在室温下制备了99Tcm MVNM ,然后分别与 4个膦配体发生混配反应 ,得到放化纯大于 90 %的99Tcm MVNM 膦混配配合物。小鼠体内的生物分布实验表明 ,该类混配配合物有一定的心肌摄取。

       

      Abstract: A N 3S ligand(MVNM) and four phosphine ligands are synthesized. 99 Tc m MVNM, which is prepared under room temperature through ligand exchange reaction, reacts with the four phosphine ligands respectively to obtain mixed complexes of 99 Tc m MVNM phosphine. The distribution results in mice indicate these complexes exhibit certain myocardial uptake.
