固定化少根根霉吸附~(241)Am的研究

    BIOSORPTION OF ~(241)Am BY IMMOBILIZED R.ARRIHIZUS

    • 摘要: 以海藻酸钙为载体包埋固定少根根霉 ,进行了2 4 1Am(Ⅲ )的吸附研究。结果表明 :固定化少根根霉在 pH=1~ 7范围内 ,对2 4 1Am具有明显的吸附能力 ,吸附率在 94 %以上 ;连续重复使用 8次 ,吸附率基本不变 ,达97%以上 ,且仍未达到饱和吸附 (吸附量为 88 6kBq/ g) ;静态接触 2h,吸附基本达到平衡 ;在 1 5~ 4 5℃范围内 ,温度对固定化少根根霉的吸附行为无显著影响 ;EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸 )饱和溶液和 2mol/LHNO3均可将吸附在少根根霉上的2 4 1Am解吸下来 ,解吸率分别为 95 %和 98%。

       

      Abstract: The adsorption of radionuclide 241Am by immobilized R.arrihizus from aqueous solutions and the effects of the various experimental conditions on the 241Am adsorption are studied. The results indicate that the biosorption is very efficient in the range of pH=1~7,with adsorption rate of more than 94% for 241Am. The immobilized R.arrihizus, even used repeatedly for 8 times, can adsorb more than 97% of the total 241Am in solutions. At the time, the adsorption capacity for 241Am has not reached saturation yet. The biosorption equilibrium is achieved within 2 h. No significant differences in 241Am biosorption are observed at 15~45 ℃. However,95% or 98% of the absorbed 241Am are released by EDTA solution or 2 mol/L HNO 3, respectively.
