铀中微量~(237)Np的分析

    ANALYSIS OF MICRO ~(237) Np IN URANIUM

    • 摘要: 建立了准确测定常量铀中微量镎的方法。方法包括萃取色层法分离和质谱法测量。对影响测定准确度的关键问题进行了讨论。结果表明 ,全程Np的回收率 >80 % ,对U的去污因子DF >1× 10 6。用该法成功地测定了后处理流程台架温实验水相铀产品中2 3 7Np的含量。

       

      Abstract: The method including the process of extraction chromatography and the mass spectrum measurement for the exact analysis of micro neptunium in the existence of large quantity of uranium is established. The key problems which influences the analysis of veracity are studied. The recovery of neptunium of the whole analysis procedure is more than 80% and the decontamination factor of uranium is more than 1×10 6 . This scheme is successfully used in the analysis of neptunium in aqueous uranium product of bench scale experiment.
