    Determination of 235U and 238U in Soil by Alpha Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 建立了α能谱法测定土壤样品中235U,238U含量的方法。方法主要包括分离、纯化、制源和测量等过程。采用阴离子交换树脂进行分离纯化,实现了铀与其他放射性核素的有效分离。实验结果表明,该方法具有稳定和较高的回收率。

       

      Abstract: The procedure for determination of 235U and 238U in soil by alpha spectrometry was developed. Several steps involved in this procedure are as follows: conversion of uranium associated with the matrix into acid-soluble form, radiochemical separation of uranium from the components of the sample and other radionuclides, purification of uranium and preparation of the source for measurement. The real separation and purification were preformed by selective anion exchange resin. The results show that the recoveries are relatively high and stable.
