~(211)At标记抗胃癌单抗3H11及其Fab片段在荷人胃癌裸小鼠体内的分布

    • 摘要: 利用HPLC和ELISA法对 ̄(211)At-3H11的分析鉴定表明,间接亲核标记法得到的产品具有3H11的天然性和纯度,并保持其免疫活性。 ̄(211)At在荷瘤裸小鼠体内分布的结果表明, ̄(211)At-3H11Fab和 ̄(211)At-3H11与胃癌细胞有明显的特异亲合力,注射药物3h后,其胃癌摄取率(%/g)分别为9.48±0.65和4.91±2.05,前者的T/NT值在12-14h左右明显大于后者。

The biodistribution is performed in nude mice bearing subcutaneous hetero-graft of human gastric cancer cells followling,i.v, injection of ~(211)At-3H11,~(211)At-3H11Fab andNa~(211)At~(211)At,respectively. It is demonstrated that the pharmacokinetics of the astatinated Fab frag-ment appear to be well suited to 7.2h half-life of ~(211)At,since tumor uptake remains high(~10%/g)from 3 to 14h after i.v,injection.Key words~(211)At McAb Biodistribution Human gastric Cancer
