中子活化分析法研究镧在小麦根中的分布和存在形态

摘要: 用中子活化分析结合分级提取及透射电镜观察,研究了稀土元素镧在小麦根中的分布和存在形态。研究结果表明,镧被根吸收以后主要存在于细胞壁和细胞间隙中,且结合十分紧密,用强配位剂EDTA才能将其提取出来。未在根细胞内观察到可溶态镧。Abstract: Interactions between lanthanum and wheat roots are studied by a sequential extractive process combined with instrumental neutron activation analysis as well as transmission electronic microscopy. The results show that La mainly combines with cell wall material and the combination is extremely firm and it can only be released by powerful chelators, such as EDTA. No soluble intracellular La is determined by this method.
