̄(67)Ga标记的MEDMNH、M-C及N_3S_3的研究

    • 摘要: 用 ̄(67)Ga标记了两种新的BAT类配体(MEDMNH(N,N'-二-(2-巯基-2-甲基)丁基-2-二甲基乙二胺)、M-C)及另一种新型配体N_3S_3,给出了它们在小鼠体内的生物分布结果。测定了 ̄(67)Ga-MEDMNH在水溶液中的性质,研究了反应温度、溶液pH值对其标记率的影响。结果表明, ̄(67)Ga-MEDMNH配合物分子电荷为+1,组成为1:1,其标记率随反应温度的升高、溶液pH值的增大而增加。

       

      Abstract: THE STUDY OF MEDMNH,M-C AND N_3S_3 LIGAND LABELLED WITH ~(67)GaLI HONGFENG; HAN QUANSHENG;TU ZHUDE(Department of Chemistry, Beijing Normal University, 100875)ABSTRACT Two new BAT ligands(MEDMNH (N,N'-bis(2-thiolatee-2-methyl) buty1-2-bis-dimethyl-ethlenediamine),M-C)and N_3S_3 ligand are labelled with ~(67)Ga and their biodistributionin rats are also given. The properties in aqueous solution of~(67) Ga-MEDMNH are determind, theresults show that the net charge of ~(67)Ga-MEDMNH is +1 and it's component is 1:1.The affec-tion of temperature and pH to labelling yield are discribed,too.
