摘要: 研究了DRDECMP-TBP-煤油萃取HNO3 溶液过程中第二有机相的出现和防止因素;探讨了DRDECMP-TBP-煤油萃取HNO3-Gd 时,DRDECMP浓度、TBP浓度、水相起始HNO3 浓度以及温度对第二有机相的形成和负载量的影响,确定了能满足工艺负载量要求的DRDECMP-TBP-煤油的组成。Abstract: The formation and avoidance of a second organic phase during the extraction of HNO 3 and Gd with DRDECMP TBP kerosene have been studied.The influence of concentrations of DRDECMP, TBP in organic phase and nitric acid in aqueous phase and temperature on a second organic phase formation and loading capacity of Gd have also been studied. The recommended organic phase component for extraction flowsheet is 25%DRDECMP 45%TBP kerosene.
