STUDY ON EXTRACTION PROPERTIES OF DRDECMP-TBP-KEROSENE Ⅰ.AVOIDANCE OF THE SECOND ORGANIC PHASE FORMATION IN EXTRACTION OF HNO_3 Gd

摘要: 研究了ＤＲＤＥＣＭＰ－ＴＢＰ－煤油萃取ＨＮＯ３溶液过程中第二有机相的出现和防止因素；探讨了ＤＲＤＥＣＭＰ－ＴＢＰ－煤油萃取ＨＮＯ３－Ｇｄ时，ＤＲＤＥＣＭＰ浓度、ＴＢＰ浓度、水相起始ＨＮＯ３浓度以及温度对第二有机相的形成和负载量的影响，确定了能满足工艺负载量要求的ＤＲＤＥＣＭＰ－ＴＢＰ－煤油的组成。

Abstract: The formation and avoidance of a second organic phase during the extraction of HNO 3 and Gd with DRDECMP TBP kerosene have been studied.The influence of concentrations of DRDECMP, TBP in organic phase and nitric acid in aqueous phase and temperature on a second organic phase formation and loading capacity of Gd have also been studied. The recommended organic phase component for extraction flowsheet is 25%DRDECMP 45%TBP kerosene.
