两个硼化甲基葡萄糖苷的合成及其生物分布

    SYNTHESIS OF BORONATED METHYLGLUCOSIDE COMPOUNDS AND STUDIES OF THEIR BIODISTRIBUTION

    • 摘要: 合成了6-脱氧-2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-α-D-甲基葡萄糖苷氧代十二硼烷四丁基铵盐和双(6-脱氧-2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-α-D-甲基葡萄糖苷)硫代十二硼烷铯盐,并用红外(IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)、元素分析等方法做了表征。测定了它们在脱去乙酰基后在荷肝癌细胞(H22)昆明小鼠体内的分布。

       

      Abstract: Two boronated methylglucosides,cesium bis(6 deoxy 2,3,4 tri O acetyl α D methyl glucoside) sulfido undecahydro closo dodecaborate(1 ) and tetrabutylammonium 6 deoxy 2,3,4 tri O acetyl α D methylglucosido oxo undecahydro closo dodecaborate(2 ),are synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and element analysis.After removal of the acetyl groups by basic hydrolysis,their biodistribution is studied with mice bearing hepatoma H22.The results show that they can be concentrated to 10 μg B in 1 g tumor. The boron concentration in blood is relatively low( R (T/B)≈1.8) and can be quickly cleared.
