Abstract: Chloroamine T oxidization resin, a new solid phase agent for iodination is prepared. The synthesis conditions are studied and the oxidation reduction properties of the resin are determined. When it is used to radioiodinate human serum albumin, the labeling yield is more than 90 % and the immunological reaction activity is kept at 89 %.
