Φ70核用离心萃取器传质性能研究

摘要: 用单级Φ70核用离心萃取器在硝酸溶液中进行了 30 %TRPO/煤油体系萃取Nd3+的传质性能实验。结果表明 :在流比为 2∶1和 1∶1,转速为 176 0~ 2 6 50r/min ,总流量为 4 0~ 2 0 0L/h的条件下 ,Nd3+的传质级效率达 90 %以上。在模拟料液和 30 %TRPO/煤油体系中的传质性能实验结果表明 :在流比为 2∶1,转速为 176 0~ 2 6 50r/min ,总流量为 30~ 150L/h的条件下 ,传质级效率达 90 %以上。用 5 5mol/LHNO3反萃有机相中Nd3+的实验结果表明 :反萃级效率随总流量增加而减小 ,在同一总流量下随转速的增加而增大 ,在实验条件范围内 ,Nd3+的反萃级效率在 83%~ 93%之间。实验结果证明 :Φ70核用离心萃取器具有良好的水力学性能和传质性能Abstract: A new prototype Φ 70 centrifugal extractor used in nuclear industry has been designed. The single stage mass transfer performance is studied. The single stage mass transfer performance of HNO 3 Nd 3+ and 30 %TRPO/kerosene system has been studied. The results show that the mass transfer efficiency is high. When the flow ratio is 1∶1 or 2∶1 and the rotor speed is 1 760~2 650 r/min, the total throughput changes within 40~200 L/h the mass transfer efficiency of Nd 3+ is over 90 %. The single stage mass transfer performance for simulated HLLW and 30 % TRPO/kerosene system has been studied. When the flow ratio is 2∶1 and the rotor speed ranges from 1 760 to 2 650 r/min and the total throughput changes within 30~150 L/h, the mass transfer efficiency is over 90 %. The results of stripping of Nd 3+ with 5.5 mol/L HNO 3 show that the stage mass transfer efficiency increases with decrease of total flow rate and increase of the rotor speed and is in the range of 83 %~93 % under the experimental conditions.
