新~(99)Tc~m-膦混配配合物的制备及小鼠体内的生物分布研究

    PREPARATION AND BIODISTRIBUTION OF MIXED COMPLEXES OF ~(99) Tc~m-PHOSPHINE

    • 摘要: 为了寻找新的99Tcm 膦混配的心肌显像剂,合成了一个新的N3S配体(MVNE)和4个膦配体。又以SnCl2为还原剂,通过交换反应在室温下制备了放化纯>90%的99Tcm MVNE 膦混配配合物,并对其进行了小鼠体内的生物分布研究。结果表明,该类混配配合物有一定的心肌摄取。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop new phosphine schiff base mixed complexes of 99 Tc m used for myocardial imaging, an N 3S ligand(MVNE) and four phosphine ligands are synthesized. 99 Tc m MVNE,which is prepared under room temparature through ligand exchange reaction,reacts with the four phosphine ligands respectively to obtain mixed complexe of 99 Tc m MVNE phosphine. Biodistribution of the four complexes in mice indicates that uptake is demostrated in heart,the activity is cleared rapidly from blood and the clearance half time is less than 10 min.However,the retention ability of the four complexes in heart is not ideal and heart/background ratios is low. The distribution results in mice indicate these complexes exhibit certain myocardial uptake.
