N,N,N′,N′-四异丁基-3-氧杂戊二酰胺对超铀元素和锝的萃取
STUDY ON EXTRACTION OF TRASURANIUM ELEMENTS AND Tc BY N,N,N′,N′-TETRAISOBUTYL-3-OXA-GLUTARIC AMIDE

摘要: 研究了N ,N ,N′ ,N′ 四异丁基 3 氧杂戊二酰胺 (TiBOGA) 4 0 %正辛醇 /煤油对超铀元素及Tc的萃取。研究结果表明 ,0 2mol/LTiBOGA 4 0 %正辛醇 /煤油对Tc(Ⅶ ) ,Am (Ⅲ ) ,Np(Ⅳ ) ,Np(Ⅴ ) ,Pu(Ⅲ ) ,Pu(Ⅳ )均有一定萃取能力。在酸度为 1mol/LHNO3的模拟料液中 ,其分配比分别为 :2 2 5 ,>2 0 0 0 ,4 3,0 734 ,>2 0 0 0 ,34。TiBOGA 4 0 %正辛醇 /煤油对各种离子的萃取能力受酸度和盐析剂浓度影响较大。用 0 1mol/LHNO3能将除Am(Ⅲ )以外的其它几种离子从有机相中反萃下来。 0 6mol/LH2 C2 O4 对超铀元素的反萃效果都很好 ,经过 1次或 2次反萃 ,反萃率均可达 99%以上Abstract: The extraction of trasuranium elements and fission product Tc using N,N,N′,N′ tetraisobutyl 3 oxa glutaric amide(TiBOGA) has been investigated. The effects of acidity in aqueous phase and concentration of extractant have been studied. The distribution ratioes of Tc(Ⅶ), Am(Ⅲ) ,Np(Ⅳ),Np(Ⅴ),Pu(Ⅲ) and Pu(Ⅳ) are 2.25, >2 000, 43, 0.734, >2 000 and 34 respectively between 0.2 mol/L TiBOGA in 40 % octanol/kerosene and HLLW treated by TRPO process, the HNO 3 concentration in HLLW being 1 mol/L. The trasuranium elements and Tc(Ⅶ) in organic phase can be stripped completely by one or two step stripping with 0.6 mol/L H 2C 2O 4.
