ＴＲＰＯ流程中Ｕ的反萃Ⅱ.（ＮＨ_４）_２ＣＯ_３对Ｕ的反萃

摘要: 研究了用５０ｇ／Ｌ（ＮＨ４）２ＣＯ３溶液从含Ｕ的ＴＲＰＯ相中反萃Ｕ的条件。测定了反萃平衡时间、相比、反萃次数、温度及有机相中Ｕ的质量浓度对反萃率的影响。用（ＮＨ４）２ＣＯ３反萃Ｕ比原流程的Ｎａ２ＣＯ３可减少２级，反萃液中不会析出（ＮＨ４）２Ｃ２Ｏ４结晶。（ＮＨ４）４［ＵＯ２（ＣＯ３）３］在加热转型时，ＮＨ＋４、ＣＯ２－３及少量Ｃ２Ｏ２－４、ＮＯ－３均可挥发除去。

Abstract: The conditions for stripping uranium from TRPO phase are studied using 50 g/L (NH 4) 2CO 3 solution.The influence of the equilibrium time,phase ratio,back extraction times,temperature,as well as uranium concentration in TRPO phase on re extraction of uranium have been determined.Two stages of stripping process could be reduced when back extractant,Na 2CO 3,is replaced by (NH 4) 2CO 3 solution.The white crystal is not found in the aqueous solution.During the transformation of (NH 4) 4UO 2(CO 3) 3 by heating NH + 4,CO 2- 3,C 2O 2- 4 as well as NO - 3 can be totally removed.
