低能氮离子注入固态尿嘧啶的初步研究

    STUDY ON EFFECT OF LOW ENERGY NITROGEN IONS IMPLANTED IN SOLID URACIL

    • 摘要: 对 25 ke V 氮离子束辐照尿嘧啶引起其分子结构的变化进行了研究。通过紫外光谱的分析,得到了离子注入后尿嘧啶的残余紫外吸收曲线。傅里叶红外光谱仪的分析,说明尿嘧啶受到了一定程度的损伤。茚三酮反应的测定证明了辐射后的样品中出现了新的化学基团——氨基。

       

      Abstract: The change of the molecular structure of uracil induced by 25 keV N + ions implantation is studied. The dose curve is obtained from the analysis of the ultravilct spcctra. The induced damage is analyzed by FT IR. -NH 2 group is proved to be produced by N + ion beam with the analysis of quite sensitive ninhydrin reaction.
