同位素稀释与元素稀释

    ISOTOPE DILUTION AND ELEMENT DILUTION

    • 摘要: 根据两种金属离子与同一试剂反应能力相近,导出较普遍适用的元素稀释式,讨论了依反应产物的可测物理量或选择不同反应,从而实现元素稀释。由此导出含同位素效应的同位素稀释式,并用DDTC/CCl_4萃取Cu~(2+),Pb~(2+)混合物加以验证,还模拟同位素效应下稀释实验,结果与理论相符合。

       

      Abstract: An universally applicable formula of element dilution is derived according to the approximate reactivity of two metal ions with identical reagent. Based on measurably extended physical quantity of reaction product,numerous reactions are chosen to realize element dilution. The formula of isotope dilution which represents isotope effect is derived from the formula mentioned above. The formula of element dilution is verified by the extraction of mixture of Cu2+ and Pb2+ by DDTC/CCl4. The experiment in di lution is tested to imitate isotope effect,and the result accords with theoretical equation.
