钌同位素质谱分析方法

    MASS SPECTROMETRIC ANALYTICAL METHODS OF RUTHENIUM ISOTOPES

    • 摘要: <正> 一、引言 在核燃料循环产物测定,燃耗监测,特别是有钚参与核裂变的燃耗监测,在地质和天体年代测定以及研究天然反应堆产物时,需要准确地测量钌同位素的比值和含量。然而,钌是难溶金属,电离电位高,它的化合物的蒸汽压高,升华点低,容易非电离蒸发和分解。在制样、涂样和质谱测量过程中还会因钌的价态改变使样品丢失,从而降低了样品的回收率和探测灵敏度。另外钼同位素质谱峰还会叠加干扰。

       

      Abstract: The ruthenium sample solution is kept wet during any phase of the sample handling and loading before the sample filament is moved into the ion source. The filament current is increased very slowly to prevent change of valence state in the ruthenium compound. The ion-enhanced silica-gel mixture loading technique is developed to enable measurable ion beam to be produced.The results of the corrected natural ruthenium isotopic ratios for electron multiplier discremination and mass fractionation are as follows:96Ru/99Ru = 0. 4364,98Ru/99Ru = 0. 1464,100Ru/99 Ru = 0. 9898,101Ru/99Ru=1. 3367,102Ru/99Ru=2. 4788 and 104Ru/99Ru=1. 4652.
