钐-153标记的多胺甲基膦酸化合物的研究

摘要: 合成了 8种有机胺膦酸类配位体 ,进行了与 1 53 Sm的配位试验 ,研究了酸度、温度、时间等条件的影响 ,得到了最佳标记条件 ,并进行了小鼠体内生物分布试验。结果表明 ,其中 4种配合物在骨中有较高的浓集 ,注射后 2 h骨的摄取率均在 2 0 %·g-1以上 ,骨与肌肉的摄取比接近 2 0 0 ,这与目前临床应用的 1 53 Sm EDTMP基本一致 ,因此具有药用价值 ,值得进一步研究。Abstract: Eight ligands of polyamine polymethylenephosphonic acids are synthesized and 153 Sm labeling is studied. The influences of incubation time,temperature and pH value on the labeling efficiency are investigated. The labeling conditions are optimized. The animal experiments on rats indicate that four of these complexes possess a high accumulation in bone and appear to be suitable for therapy of metastatic bone cancer.
