Abstract: Eight ligands of polyamine polymethylenephosphonic acids are synthesized and 153 Sm labeling is studied. The influences of incubation time,temperature and pH value on the labeling efficiency are investigated. The labeling conditions are optimized. The animal experiments on rats indicate that four of these complexes possess a high accumulation in bone and appear to be suitable for therapy of metastatic bone cancer.
