催化动力学光度法测定微量铀
A KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TRACE URANIUM

摘要: 依据U(Ⅵ)对磷钼酸-碘化钾反应的催化作用,提出了一种测定微量铀的动力学光度法。该法测定铀的线性范围为0-12μg/ml,方法检测限为0.02μg/ml。10ml溶液中100-1000μgTh~(4+)、稀土离子及Cd~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Hg~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Cr~(3+)、AsO_4~(3-)、WO_4~(2-)等离子不影响测定。测定了硝酸钍及氧化钪中的铀含量,样品加标回收率为95.3%-97.9%,相对标准偏差为2.14%-4.83%。Abstract: A kinetic spectrophotometric method has been proposed for the determination of trace amount of uranium(Ⅳ) based on its catalytic effect on the phosphomolybdic acid-iodide reaction. It is selective for uranium within the range of 0-12μg/ml,and the detection limit is 0. 02μg/ml. Trace amount of uranium in thorium nitrate and scandium oxide has been determined and the results are satisfactory.
