从α辐照Mo靶中制备纯~(97)Ru的研究及其标记化合物的制备
STUDY ON THE SEPERATION OF 97Ru FROM α-IRRADIATED MOLYBDENUM AND THE PREPARATION FOR ITS LABELLED COMPOUNDS.

摘要: <正> 近几年来发现,在肿瘤的定位和治疗方面,~(97)Ru是一种极有希望的放射性核素。国际上报道过用Fe(OH)_3共沉淀法,从Tc靶中分离~(97)Ru,用CCl_4萃取法从Mo靶中分离~(97)Ru。但是,实际上我们用α粒子轰击天然Mo时,除产生~(97)Ru外,还产生大量的~(95)Tc和~(96)Tc等放射Abstract: The selection of optimum condition for separating 97Ru fromirradiated molybdenum target is presented. The chemical behavior of 97Ru before and after seperation is observed. The preparation of 97Ru-oxine and 97Ru-microsphere is studied.From the results of distribution experiment, 1N HNO3 is chosen as the acidity of feed solution. Impurity Mo is absorbed by SnO2 and Tc by AG 1×8 anion exchange resin, then pure 97Ru is obtained.
