二壬基二硒醚中的~(75)Se在大鼠体内的分布及其谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性测定

    • 摘要: <正> 硒是生物体的要素元素(essentail elements)之一,人体缺硒是引起克山病,大骨节病等的重要因素。我国应用亚硒酸盐来防治疾病,获得较好的疗效。硒还具有抗癌的性能。K.Schwarz曾研究一系列R-Se-R及R-Se-Se-R化合物对饮食性肝坏死的抑制作用。本文用~(75)Se标记典型的C_9H_(19)Se·SeC_9H_(19)化合物,观察硒在大鼠体内的分布,测定其在血液中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性。

       

      Abstract: 75Se labelled dinonyl-diselenide (C9H19 75Se-SeC9H19) is synthesized and injected into white rats to observe the Se distributions among the viscera and blood with change of time using inorganic 75SeO2 as the controlled agent. The results indicate that selenium of organic diselenide is taken up more slowly by the viscera and retained longer in the viscera than the inorganic selenite.Furthermore, high activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) is measured in the case of organic diselenide injection.
