一些核素光核反应产额的测定

    DETERMINATION OF PHOTONUCLEAR REACTION YIELDS OF SOME NUCLIDES

    • 摘要: 本文用相对法测量了天然丰度的石墨、聚四氟乙烯、钛、镍、锌、钼、镉、铟和锡靶在20MeV左右的轫致辐射照射下,通过(γ,n),(γ,p)和(γ,γ’)反应产生的35种放射性核素的产额和3种放射性核素产额的上限。其中~(11)C,~(18)F,~(45)Ti,~(47)Sc,~(57)Ni,~(57)Co,~(67)Cu,~(99)Mo,~(105)Ag,~(115)Cd,~(114m)In,~(111)Sn和~(111)In为主要产物,其他核素作为同时产生的杂质。试验了电子束能量下降3MeV时对10种主产物产额的影响。利用所得数据,估计了电子直线加速器生产上述主要产物的能力,产物可能达到的核纯度,以及化学处理过程中对靶物或杂质核素去污的要求。

       

      Abstract: The yields of 11C, 18F, 45Ti, 47Sc, 57Ni, 57Co, 67Cu, 99Mo, 105Ag, 114mIn,115Cd, 111Sn, and 111 In in (γ, n) or (γ, p) reactions of 9 target discs (graphite, polyterafluoroethy-lene, Ti, Ni, Zn, Mo, Cd, In and Sn) bombarded by about 20MeV bremsstrahlung are determined by means of Ge (Li) spectrometry with 65Cu(γ, n) 64Cu as a reference reaction. The effect of the decrease in bremsstrahlung energy on the yields of these main products is examined. The yields of 22 nuclides and the upper limits of yields of 3 nuclides, both as impurity activities, are also measured or estimated. On the basis of these results, the potential of electron linear accelerator in producing these main products is evaluated, the nuclear purity that may be obtained for the main products and the requirement for decontamination of the impurity activities in chemical processing are estimated.
