摘要: <正> 引言 化学交换法分离同位素已成为离子交换色谱研究中的一个重要课题,并获得了较大进展。和元素分离比较,改进同位素分离的实验条件,提高柱性能是一个更显突出的问题。通常用理论塔板当量高度(HETP)表示柱的性能。它和体系的温度、流速、排代剂浓度和树脂颗粒度关系密切。有关这些因素和HETP之间的定量关系的系统研究报道甚少。树脂颗粒度与HETP之间的定量关系的研究仅见于元素分离过程。Abstract: In this report, the quantitative relation between the height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP) and the size of ion exchange resin is studied by enriching litnium isotopes with high pressure ion exchange displacement chromatography. The dependence of HETP on the size of the resin can be expressed as H=Cra, in which α=2.4 and it is found that Snyder's equation is suitable for such a system of isotope separation as may be explained by the simple displacement mechanism.
