氢同位素分离效应在催化加成反应中的作用

摘要: <正> 本文描述了借助催化加成反应制备高比度和高放化纯度4,5-~3H去甲斑蝥素的化学合成方法。在室温(t=24.5℃)以及氚气存在的条件下,以10%Pd/C为催化剂,丙酮为溶剂,以△~(4,5)-去甲斑蝥素为前体,进行了催化加成反应,制备了高比度和高放化纯度的4,5-~3H去甲斑蝥素。所得产品以重结晶法进行了纯化,以逆向同位素稀释法测定了放射化学Abstract: Hydrogen isotope effect is found in the catalytic addition reaction-synthesis of (4,5-3H)-exo-cis-3, 6-epoxyhexahydrophthalic anhydride and the isotope separation factor is related to the temperature by the equation lg α- 0.04 + 138/T. Theoretical values of specific activities of the 3H-1abelled compound calculated from the equation agree well with experimental values. The agreement proves that hydrogen isotope effect does exist on the palladium catalyst.
